St. Peter's Chertsey is being redecorated and re-wired and is expected to be full of scaffolding until mid-August. The bell tower is not exempt and therefore they will not be able to ring.
The Guild's annual 10-bell competition took place on Saturday 3rd July at Egham. It was won by Guildford District with 32 faults; second Chertsey District with 48 faults, third Farnham with 50 faults and fourth Leatherhead with 56 faults. See full message for more details.
